Installshield - Unable to manually remove shortcut

I have created an installer with installshield 2012 Spring Pro. Upon installation the installer creates several desktop shortcuts.

Some users it appears are unable to manually delete any of the desktop shortcuts after installation.

Most users it works fine and can do this, I suspect this is down to the user account permissions.

The users are logged in under the same accounts that they installed the software

Can anyone advise where or how i set this in installshield so that all users are able to remove the installed desktop shortcuts
