micromax/Chinese mobile's video view issue in html player

I am working on application where video's upload to website from android mobile ,i have some view issue on videos uploaded from some of mobile devices like micromax , i listen the audio of video but video can not play , this problem occur on some android devices not in all,

please help me to solve the problem
