Hold PayPal account withdraw and payment until buyer receives product

I am considering implementing PayPal as a method of payment in my website, but I have never done it before. As I began researching, I realized, that (at least I think) there are a bunch of different ways to accept payments and/or pay using PayPal. So as of right now, I am still just trying to figure out which "methodology" I need to implement. So here's what I am trying to accomplish:

I connect a person selling something, to a person wanting to buy that same thing. (just like eBay). And so what I would like to do is when a buyer says, I want to buy this lamp, I would not actually charge the buyer's PayPal account for the price of the lamp, until the buyer has actually received the lamp and confirms to me that the seller has sent the item. However, I do want to put a temporary hold on the buyer's account for the amount so that the seller also has assurance that 1. the buyer has the money, 2. As long as they ship the lamp in one piece, they'll receive the PayPal payment. What PayPal "methodology" do I need to use to be able to accomplish this?
