Pull data from a website to my own SQL/XML file

I have a little project and I was thinking what would be the easiest way to pull data from http://ift.tt/15IaKZU. So much of the data would be the same for all the pokemons. What would be an easy way so I don't have to copypaste everything. I have to make an app(android/iphone) and I have chosen to let it be with infomation of pokemons.
