Workflow for a award application

I am creating a workflow for a award application. In which if someone nominate any user then it goes to nominee's manager and if the requester is nominee's manager then request goes to requestor's manager for approval.

Here I am facing problem with If condition. Smanager Value is not coming. also if condition is not working. It always goes to nominee's manager. Please help
