animsition.js seamless transition

I am using animsition for transitions between the pages.

This is what I would like to achieve: Homepage with a fullscreen image when clicked goes to a detail page with identical fullscreen image at the top, so transition is seamless.

At the moment I have data-animsition-in-duration="0" property on detail page image and longer data-animsition-out-duration on homepage image.

That does not work as detail page image fades in after homepage fades out.

I wonder if there is a way to overlay transitions so by the time homepage image disappears the other one already loaded?
