How to display my age in years, months and days using jQuery

I am trying to create a profile of myself and in this profile i want to show my age in years, months and days. E.G. My date of birth is 17/01/1990. I want this to be displayed: Age: 27 years, 1 month, 10 days. (but the correct answer.) Obviously the answer will change everyday however my date of birth (17/01/1990) is going to stay the same.

I am brand new to stack overflow so please be nice :)
