Prestashop Prettry Urls not working with other custom modules for products page

Need help in Prettry Url module by FME modules.. I am using that module in one of my site for removing ids from category and product pages and it works but some how it stops my custom modules override product controller so my custom things not coming on product pages.. What to do now.. ?
