What is the correct way to implement admob native express in listview?

I creating something sort of social media application so I think it is good idea to implement native express ads into my home page to cover some server cost. By following this link I able to display native ads in listView but here come few problem.

1. Ads request call everytime when I scroll to position which display the ads. So is there a way to get the whole ads view for caching purpose? What I want is to check wether the position already have ads if no only request for ads rather than trigger new request everytime.
2. I store some latest data from home page into client device database so if the device network is offline the row within the listview which for displaying ads will be blank this will cause a very not friendly user experience so how could I confront that?
3. As I know the ads load in after few second which will cause the row within the listview blank for a few second. So is there a way to pre-load that request? Or is it good to insert that row after the listView is loaded?
