Opencart website slow issue

I have opencart store running very slow. i am using big rock hosting. I have asked them my issue. they reply me below.

Normally, CPU usage becomes 100% when the number of FCGI processes that your site seems to be running exceeds the server limit. mod_fcgid: can't apply process slot for /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/php-fcgi

This error message is mainly due to the number of fcgi processes that your site seems to be running simultaneously.

Note that, we allow 3 child process and for each child process, 256 worker processes. Once that limit is breached, you see that kind of error. However, those errors are auto-fixed once the number of processes reduce. Further, I have checked web server logs and found below messages in it.

n checking further, I could see that the outgoing port 80 is blocked in your account and that might be the reason for this issue.

Please note that we have implemented virus/malware checks in our server to avoid hacking or any other harmful activities in the server. So, if an account in the server contains malicious files then outgoing port 80 of that account will be blocked as a preventive measure.

Please check on the malicious files in your account.

Kindly delete/access or upload fresh copies of the infected files and acknowledge us about the same so that we can unblock the outgoing port for your domain.

Also, you can check /home/india5qu/killed_mysql_queries.log file to find the database which is causing the issue. In order to avoid these issues, I recommend you to optimize your website code and SQL queries.
