android-maven-plugin and eclipse/adt: any aar-using apk example project available?

I want to develop an Android app using eclipse/adt and also being able to build it using jenkins, ie. using maven and the command line only without eclipse.

I have some JavaMail sources that I want to put into a .aar lib. However, stuff isn't really working out that well. Does someone have two example maven projects producing .aar and .apk files using maven and that also build/run using eclipse/adt? The apk project should of course depend on the aar project.
