Clickonce install with pre-requisites installed correctly

I am moving my application into click-once deployment.

Apart from my main application I created additional prerequisite package to do stuff which click once cant.

I was able to resolve many of the dependency through it but following are the points on which I am still struggling:

1. I need to set one environment variable.


2. Need to run one command: setnet32 -l filename.nfx after install is complete


3. Currently the pre requisite package I installed, gets installed every time even if updated package existed on the client system. I want if updated package existed don’t install the new package

Please suggest solution for 1,2&3. If possible please give example or sample code…thanks
