how to access ldap that has multiple domain?

how to access or connect to LDAP that has multiple domain using vb.net? For example there are 4 domain that I need to connected to which is asia, europe, america and middle east.

Usually to connect to LDAP we use "http://LDAPDC=asia,DC=com" so how am I to connect to 4 domain?
