How to detect whether my app is installed or not from Mobile browser

I am developing PHP project and i have its Mobile application also in IOS. i want to make one page/script which detect whether my app is installed in mobile or not.

Want to create page and when that page will open in Mobile browser then one notification will display at the top and when i click on that notification then it will check whether that application is installed in that mobile or not. if app is already installed then it will automatically open Application otherwise it will redirect us to AppStore url.
