How to set viewport only for ipad portrait?

I'm making a website that min-width is 1024px. I tested on safari on iPad and it does fit landscape(1024), but not fit on portrait(768).

Is there any way way to detect viewport only for Ipad portrait? And if layout width is 1024px, how to set the scale value for ipad portrait(768) ?
