How to write arbortext acl function for auto insert tag in arbortext editor

I am new to ACL program. Anybody can help me to write an ACL function for auto insert tags in arbortext editor.

ex: i want tag B to insert automatically inide tag A when i insert tag A.

     <A><B></B></A>
