I am trying to implement a tool that is able to read the use cases in Text form and generate the sequence diagram from it

Is there any way that i can generate a custom sequence diagram from C# code?

I need to generate this model based on Text use cases not my code

I tried to search for some tools or library that can help me but the only option i found is to use visio
