CSS- HOVER affecting two divs

1)I am a newbie to CSS .2) I have two divs div1 and div2. 3)I have div 2 inside div1. 4)n hovering on div 1 the circle is transforming to blue back ground as per my requirement 5) I have a letter "F" inside the div 2 6) My need is ,on hovering the div1 while the background color changes to blue ,the F inside the div 2 must change to white 7)How to achieve tis frnz..?Kindly help
