So I just purchased a used MacBook Pro with the Yosemite Dev Beta and I accidentally corrupted files and I'm trying to reinstall OS X from safe mode. However, the only option is the drive labeled "boot", which gives an error message of "This disk doesn't use the GUID Partition scheme. Use Disk Utility to change the partition scheme. Select the disk, choose the Partition tab, select the Volume Scheme and then click Options."
However, when I do this, the options tab is greyed out. I am also unable to erase the partition. Help please!
