Adjust long string in Nested GridView Cells

I would like to ask help from you, all. I want to adjust string in Nested GridView Cells. When the string length exceeds cell width, it shows as the following:

Employee Termination Request f (next line)or Michael

What I want is:

Employee Termination Request for Michael

How can I do this? These data are in bound field of Nested GridView.
