I'm trying to ignore files in an SVN directory using a command.
I use the command
svn propset svn:ignore FILENAME DIRNAME
and it appears to work ok.
However when I look at the file in explorer it still appears with the green icon indicating that it has not been ignored.
When I try to commit that folder, my subversion client indicates that a property has changed and the commit process proceeds.
However, if I delete that ignored file and do an update it gets restored from version control, which is not supposed to happen for ignored files.
