Hangout On Air for Online Tutoring

I am developing a web application through which teachers and students can get linked with each other and teachers can create online classes and courses. Students can join and attend the online seminars. For this I have planned to use Hangout On Air so that those who subscribed for that class can join the class and those who didn't can see the live broadcast / or see the recorded video later.

That problem I am facing is if a teacher wants to start a hangout session it gets into their G+ profile and they become the hosting party also the recorded video gets into their Youtube channel.

I wanted to create an application common for all teachers so that for any number of teachers, any number of hangout sessions can be opened even in parallel and all recorded videos will be stored in one single common Youtube account. Is that possible?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
