RStudio Shiny ERROR: there is no package called "shinydashboard"

I am trying to get http://ift.tt/1yBRjhz working on my Ubuntu 14.10 laptop.

I followed the installation instructions here:

But when I try it on my browser, I get the error:

http://localhost:3838/sample-apps/shiny/

ERROR: there is no package called "shinydashboard"

Any ideas?
