Magento Configurable Swatches - Show different text than option label

While configurable swatches is enabled, normally it shows option label and price difference when an option is selected. How do I change it to show different text instead (e.g. shows 60”×80” instead of "queen size")?

My thinking is to make use of different store view, for example, the "CHOOSE A SIZE" bit is calling the option value from "English" while the boxed label is calling the option value from "Admin".

Am I on the right track? If so, my question is how do I call the value from a specific store view and which file do I edit?

If not, how shall it be done?
