Cant access video after restarting the app

This app worked before, but when I updated Xcode from 5 to 6, everything saves and the video goes to the library and everything. I can see the videos being recorded being saved and viewable inside the photos app. But when I restart the app, everything is normal, the paths are right, but the video itself can't be pulled out again from the path. I can't view the video inside the app after I close and run the app again.

I don't need code for an answer, I generally need advice to figure this out. Where do I need to look. I tried everything that I could possibly think of.
