Delphi FMX Tedit... Textcursor not visible

In a Delphi XE7 FMX project I have the following Problem. For every Tedit (and similar Comps like: Temo, Tlistebox....) my Textcoursor (Text position) is not visible.

a) I can klick the Tedit and I see that this Tedit has now the focus b) I can enter Text (works) c) But I do NOT see the TextCursor. (the actually position)

It seems that this happens only inside of my Project. If I start a new dummy project, then all ios good.
