How to Detect Beacons in IOS app

Can any one explain how to detect the beacons independent of manufacturers,My App can able to detect all company beacons.I googled for this requirement, but i can get samples using the static UDID of the beacons. But i am not able to get the UDID of beacon. Can you please help me on this?
