Instagram API: Storing media (image and videos) to local server

I have registered my app with instagram. I have got my access_token. I am using Instagram API to fetch media(image and Video). Can I save those media to my local server of my app. Will that comply with instagram API terms?.

Also if I am displaying the saved images (got from Instagram APIs) in my app, should I put any kind of watermark of Instagram on the image??
