java.lang.NullPointerException with JAXB

I am using jaxb-impl-2.0.2 for my application and when I deploy to Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.5 which uses JDK1.6, I am getting the following error. I even tried using jaxb-impl-2.0.5, but didn't resolve the issue.

How can I resolve this error?
