Which is the best way to take user input and show them in pairs? (use of controls and format)

I have certain pairs in DB (in separate column though). When UI comes up, it should show existing pairs. it should be able to edit the existing ones and add new ones also. All will updated in DB when save button is hit.

I tried: 1) Mark;mark@mail.com,Peter Johnson;peter@mail.com Before ';' is name and after is email. 2) I had 2 textboxes to input name and email and shown them in a grid once added.

Could you please suggest some good way to achieve this? easiest and obvious for user and developer.
