Java Desktop Database Application for Multi JVM Connected with LAN

I made several database application in java using Netbeans IDE for single user only. I tried to use my Java application with embedded db by keeping it in server space. It works but multiple JVM can't open it at the same time. I need a better and easy solution for this database application.

Note: 10 JVMs are connected to Server with LAN. They do not use internet connection.
