Android application don't reset phone state in normal state by setMode

I meet a problem that a application set phone state to incall state by setMode(MODE_IN_CALL), but not reset phone state to normal(MODE_IN_NORMAL). it causes that all sound come out from earpeice. And this application in background.

I know that Android provider setMode interface to change phone state, but it don't have the way of avoiding not to reset.

I think of this situation, if you have some ideas, Can we talk about this.
