After video finishes playing, thumbnail looks very pixelated

I have embedded video into my website before playing video it loads the high quality thumbnails but aright after finishing the video it shows the pixelated thumbnail, is there any fix for that?

Sorry i know the video is too long, but i did not find anything else high quality.
