Saving and loading user presets in my Audio Unit plugin, strange noise in Reaper

I have developed an Audio Unit plugin for Mac OS and everything seems to work, but when saving a user preset (.rpl) in Reaper (it's working in AU Lab) there are strange noises when loading the preset. *There are strange noises from the plugin but if I load a factory preset, everything is working.

Now I'm wondering what order amongst all Audio Unit API functions the host (Reaper) might take, and what API function is being called in the plugin from the Host application when loading a .rpl User Preset?

I have no idea what function it might be, and I just can't find it by debugging the plugin.

To be clear, my question is what function is being called in my plugin from the host directly after I loaded a user preset in any DAW not just Reaper.
