xocde 6 beta6 - IBOutlet weak var connection returns nil

@IBOutlet weak var connection returns nil. My "@IBOutlet weak var" is connected directly to my xib. However it always return as nil. its annoying to think that its almost the same as xcode5 and xcode6. is this related to xcode6 bugs? :/ Ojective c conversion kinda annoying to convert if it has so many math type calculation. I'm finding my self in pinch with the init method of a class. its kinda different in swift. -(id)init {} ... int swift I can't overrive the class self = [super alloc]. How can I acheived the same value? using swift?
