Microsoft SQL select multiple databases, the same table and update records

I have a problem. I am having 30 databases + and would like a query that would make my life easier.

the query is basic it updates record from 1 to 0 to log people off.

loggedin = 1 and it changes from 1 to 0 but I need it on all databases. For now, I can only update one database each.
