Track the real-time locations of many another androids device in android

I’m working in android project which manage the sellers of a shop. Broth dealers and representatives of the shop use this app. There is a client requirement the dealers can able to track the real-time locations of his representatives using this application.One dealer can have one or many representatives. So if you have an idea or example how to go this task please help me. Thank you
