Retrieve all users and logins SQL Server 2008

I want to list server name, DB name, User name, group, account type and login name, for all databases in a SQL Server instance. I already have a script that work perfectly in sql server 2005, but in 2008 it doesn't. If someone can help me I'll be very gratefull.
