Adding HTTP security Threads on Apache / Linux/ Unix servers

I need to know how can I add the following HTTP security headers :

• Strict-Transport-Security • X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff • X-XSS-Protection 1; mode=block • X-Frame-Options: DENY • X-Content-Security-Policy

on Apache / Linux/ Unix servers. If anyone could explain me with screen shots for the same that would be really helpful
