Can anyone please tell me how to generate all possible combinations of unique set of numbers from given numbers.

e.g. If I have eight numbers = 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and I want to generate all possible combinations of 2 digits.

With this formula n!/(n-r)!(r)!, we can calculate all possible combinations, but can anyone please tell me how to generate all those combinations??
