RED5 Server is Not working with IP

I am using RED 5 Server for live video Streaming. Server is working fine with

 rtmp://localhost/live

But when I am using my IP Address (IPV4) 10.1.60.78

rtmp://10.1.60.78/live

It's not connecting to the server.

On localhost IIS Server is running

RED5 Server is Running on Port : 5080

I have tried by port no also, But it didn't work

rtmp://localhost/live

I want to connect using IP Address, instead of localhost, What should I Do ?
