Widgetkit lightbox positioning bug

So... I have stumbled upon a weird problem. This occurred first time to me and I used widget kit on many projects.

Lightbox on widgetkit is simply not calculating position properly. It always ends up one whole screen down.

And if I use it on its own outside gallery I can't even close the window.

Switching to default joomla theme makes it work again, but here's the catch. I have disabled all scripts and all css files related to my template and it still won't work on my theme.

I'm using joomla 3.2.3 I have also tested it on 3.2.2, same thing. Also I have updated to latest version of widgetkit
