Why does HttpResponse have a Challenge method?

An Http Authentication challenge response includes returning a 401 status code and setting a wwww-authenticate header to include the allowed schemes. Why is there a special case Challenge method on HttpResponse for doing this? Will there be a NotFound() method added in the future, and ItsOk() method. When do we stop adding methods?

I do not believe there should be any scenario specific helper methods on this class.
