Win7 - different BC codes after freezing and sudden restarts

having problems with pc running Win7 cos of freezing and restarting by itself,sometimes after few minutes and sometimes after few hours.Every time is different BC code error message.Same problem has been on WinXP and after changing primary HDD with other HDD,problem stayed so I installed new OS but problem remains. Have made online research for right answer and most likely it is due to the graphic card but I got only once BC124 code, rest messages were with 0's at start.Did memory testing with Memtest and it's good.Tried to fix startup and MBR and also reinstalled windows.BSOD is showing up once of 10 times after sudden restart.Sometimes it is only a blue screen without any message on it.

Also to mention,when it's lower temp in room,pc runs longer and also that config of pc is with Pentium4 components (3,06Mhz,2GB RAM).PC is not used for gaming or hard work as graphic processing or similar.

Looking up for some solution or idea what to check up else.
