ftp server web interface change download link href

My ftp server website page list all files in the ftp server. Now I want to changed some files' downlink to other websites to avoid download network traffic jam in my ftp server.

So how can i change those href.

eg. /adisk/xxx.pdf --- the actually href ftp address is in http://ift.tt/1ssDhHf I want to changed the href to http://ift.tt/12O4bEK, so users click /adisk/xxx.pdf will go to http://ift.tt/1ssDhHh download this file.
