If cells equal to X, print all strings in google spreadsheet

I have 4 columns in google spreadsheets. Col A contains numbers from 1 to 31 in it. Col B contains some strings Col C contains numbers from 1 to 31 also Col D is where I need to write the formula. This is the place where I want to print strings, from col B divided with comma or something.

In col D1 I need to check which rows from col C has the same number as col A1 and then print all those names from col C.
