Project Management Software for small project

Currently we friends [group of 3 people] decided to start developing a project. We are in initial phase of the project where we are trying to find out the free open source software tools to manage our small project. Currently we need the following :

1) Online Requirement Management Tool which is free open source. Similar like IBM rational DOORS.

2) Version Control tool : We found Tortoise SVN which is free open source and host as http://ift.tt/XNvgTo which provides 1GB free space [Which we believe is enough for our small project]

3) Online Peer Review Tool

We are currently trying to find out the answer for only point 1 & 3. We already found the solution for point 2. I used Online, meaning that all the 3 people are sitting in different city while developing the software and they should be able to access those tools any time through internet.

Please suggest us regarding the above required tools.
