Login form dosen't load in dnn 7

The login control in dnn 7, doesn't load, I commented all HTML and C# code in following files:

/DesktopModules/Admin/Authentication/Login.ascx
DesktopModules/AuthenticationServices/DNN

But my custom html (I wrote sample text as text) doesn't show. the important thing is, in ContentPane, I have nothing, the html is :
