Wordpress website updates c# application

I am currently building a C# application which I am going to release for free soon. However I would like to notify users of new updates and be able to receive their feedback. I have a WordPress website hosted on a dedicated server and somehow I would like to send from that site the notification messages to my c# app and also to receive the user feedback. Is there a plugin that I can use and what mechanism do I need in place?
