Get claims from custom STS token before sharepoint 2013 make spuser

Dear SharePoint masters, I have a serious problem to get claim information from sts token provided by our custom sts. Problem is when STS makes token, it provides also email address and a custom field named “registration number”. When I want to use this claim into SharePoint, I have no access to this claim. because SharePoint makes a SPUser object from claim and it has no field named “registration number”. Where can I access this claim in SharePoint? I was looking for 2 days round in internet but couldn’t find any solution for it. please provide me some code and place where can I get this information.
